I have found another problem with printing orders.
If I have a chart open, but select another patient from the Patient list, right click and select orders it will print out the order for the correct patient, but it will not generate a message to be saved for that patient, instead it will put the order text into the plan of the open patient's chart!
Not only do you have to remove the wrong order, but now there is no trace of the original order

Currently any orders you generate while a chart is open will save on the note, but will not generate one on the chart separately. AC has told me that the newest version they are working on includes a revamping of the order system and they are aware of this.
