doesn't happen consistently so, i'm still looking into this but here's the gist: when pulling pts from inbox (responding to a message my staff would leave me about a pt) i sometimes get incorrect phone numbers are displayed under demographics tab. when i'm going through a list of messages, the first pt's ph number seems ok, but occasionally, subsequent pts seem to display incorrect phone numbers. when i pull up pts manually or use the search button, the ph numbers are correct. so i think the ph number DB fields are ok, but the GUI is displaying wrong info, for some reason. using ver 4059, but noticed it maybe in previous one as well. i just tried to recreate it again, but it seems ok now. anyone else end up calling numbers of other pts?

I am having a similar issue today but the wrong phone numbers are on the schedule. Has anyone figured out the reason or the fix? I am still using V3.715

I have also found, in the Problem List area of the progress note, that choosing a previous diagnosis from the drop-down list often inserts the diagnosis ABOVE the chosen name. So you have to choose the name below your choice to insert the diagnosis that you want. It doesn't happen every time, not even on the same patient.
This started (for me) with version 4. I suspect something goes wrong with way AC pulls data from the database sometimes. Right now, it's just an annoying bug.

I found that if you keep getting the wrong diagnosis it is because the ICD 9 code is not the newest codes -- xxx.x and now the right one is xxx.xx If you go into summary and inactivate it and then insert the newer code it will work fine. I think that is the problem with most of the codes.
