Yesterday the AC server was down for most of the day, and it wasn't possible to use electronic prescribing because of a break in the credentials linking. Today the eRx is still very slow and intermittent. Is anyone else using electronic prescribing having these problems?

I found that by closing AC and logging back in it worked fine.

I had a lot of problems with lost and very slow scripts last wee
I also find the renewal system cumbersome. I love having access from the emr, but I am looking at some other erx programs to use with my ac. While AC customer support is spectacular, the customer service for New Crop = crop with an a instead of an o.
