Hi everyone we are up and running w version 4, I am curious is there a way to make my actual signature print on my scripts using the Star TSP800??? That is my only glitch thus far Otherwise it is great.

here from tech support. The signatures are not working on the scripts just yet, but we are working on fixing that. Alexis Hodges: ok any time frame? Eric: Unfortunately I do not have an exact time as to when it is going to be completed.

I am not sure why they say that -- the signature works on my scrips just fine.

I don't use the TSP800. I use a standard printer - default scrip.

How to set up signature ?
Sign your signature on a piece of paper and scan them in as JPEG. Use paint to modify and make a box around your signature - right click and it will have something about copy to - send to desktop. Under admin options of AC go to user and edit user - find where to import signature. If it is too big go back to pain and use the same box and right click - use feature of stretch, etc. - can change by percentages. It is just try and try again until you get the right size. Be sure and use a very dark pen when doing the signature, comes out lighter.
