I'm just curious how e-Rx refills are being handled in AC. Are they coming to your inbox, or is this a separate program that requires you to check a separate inbox?
Thanks.

Open the Prescription Pad, either within a patient chart, or by right click on a patient name in the list view or on the appointment schedule. One of the tabs in the Prescription Pad is "Electronic Prescribing". That takes you to an admin page which displays all eRx requests from pharmacies.

I have moved from NewCrop to Rcopia. In NewCrop, you can see eRefills when you open eRx from any patient, but have to actually open from that patient and click on the patient name before you can do the actual refill.
Rcopia has been less of a total hassle, even though I now have to open standard Rx to put in patient med changes after eRx on Rcopia. The efficiency gains include having the ability for my staff to see what I prescribed, Rx-anywhere since it's via internet, and rx-anyone since I do not have to log in and out of patients to refill.

I have just started using e prescribing with new crop. I am having a few issues and would appreciate any help from you all. I have set up users as highest provider(myself), mid level ( my PA) and "staff" (nurse and ma)on ac. When I go to e prescribing, my name appears in the select staff drop down and there is no drop down in the select doctor. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
