I have searched the forum discussions for the answer to this question but I cannot find it. Is there a quick way to delete the previous CC, HPI, ROS, Assessment and Plan when beginning a new encounter? Having to highlight the entries in each field and pressing the spacebar is tedious.

Just go to the top left corner and press FILE, New Note, then you can chose from a completely new note (it will blank all the fields) or a new note keeping the PSFH.

Thank-you. I knew there must be a simple way to do this.

Control-N will delete those fields as well.
