I would like to see some day that by clicking on a button I be able to open/see a dialog display of predefined ICD9 and CPT codes that has been customized by the my office staff to be displayed and by putting a check mark next to the code I transfer it to my chart... You think this is possible?

Jeff:

I know you can edit both the CPT and ICD databases. I change my diagnosis codes all the time so I can find them. You can add and delete CPT codes. And on the sign off page where you select your CPT code, you can look at your list of codes you have chosen as "common" codes. Does this not partially meet your needs?

That would be lot easier to have a dialog page of codes to be displayed for check marking via push of a button than searching for codes... Wouldn't that be lot faster than searching?
