I know I can block off a 1 hour lunch in the schedule but I also need to block off 2 thirty minute slots every morning or afternoon that I can use as catch up time or for urgent patients. Is there a way to do this for a year at a time without having to block off each day at a time.

Hi Jos, I have wondered about this myselu. f. It looks like there is capability to do something like this under the scheduling tab in the Administrative area. It uses such strong warnings about being irreversible tha I have been afraid to try it. Maybe someone out ther has tried it and will let us know. If I figure it out, I'll get back with you.
