It would be very helpful to have the injection writer allow more than 5 of one kind of injection. We give allergy shots, epo, calcitriol, and others that involve more than 5 injections.

I agree. We give a number of allergy shots, B-12, testosterone. I made a simple Excel spreadsheet that's imported into each of these patient's charts where the staff update the injection site, lot #'s, etc.

Injection writer? Do you mean the immunizations? Is that where you track this stuff? I've tried keeping track of Depo in tracked data (as well as an encounter). Would love other suggestions for these types of injections.
