I was wondering if in ACV4 there will be access to the insurance list? My staff have put in 22 addresses for the local BCBS Insurer alone (most of these are just a change in spaces or spelling or just duplicates). I would like to clean this up--any suggestions?

This feature alone will be worth it!

There is an old thread that goes over this in detail. Basicaly, you should search for patients entered for each inaccurate insurance, correct each patients' demographics to the correct insurance, then you can delete the incorrect entry.

Hmmm...we tried that, but it does not take out the old version from the list.

I just tried this on my system. Once you have corrected all instances of and incorrect insurance, restart AC. Bad entry should be gone.
