Hi I am new to AC. I just downloaded AC, I did not install it yet. Could any one tell me what kind of databases it would support.
Thank you.

Is that all? Does it support any others like SQL*Server, Oracle or MySQL. I would prefer to use MySQL.

I think the was at one time a trial of MySQL as the database engine but I don't know what happened to it. Is that all? Does it support any others like SQL*Server, Oracle or MySQL. I would prefer to use MySQL.

Rao,
Hi. AmazingCharts does not use nor has it ever used SQL Server. While it would certainly be nice to have the functionality and huge upgrade of SQL, it would require either having it on a server or using the free version. I doubt Jon would include it with the software. My defaut when you install it, it will set up all of the Access databases which is not many. I have been using AC for four years, and my main databases is only 70Mbs. As you know, Access can take up to 2GBs, although it does lose functionality way before that.
