We have been using EZ Claims for our billing but are now having problems after a recent upgrade specifically for Amazing Charts users. The program is now picking up the copay amount from the demographics and adding it for every encounter, even when it is not applicable like a flu vaccine or blood draw. Still working with their customer support but thought it might be helpful to others who are looking at that upgrade, they may want to wait if they have HMO's and copays.
