I'm sure everyone has seen the user EVERYONE. Is there anyway to create a custom user like EVERYONE names PROVIDERS?
I still believe it should be an admin option to have a 'pool' of patients that have yet to be seen. For a clinic that does walk-ins for childeren this is important.
Bert, I don't know Access or databases at all. Is this possible? Any comments anyone?

So what do you want to do, assign all never established patients to this bogus provider? I guess you could add an extra provider as long as you let AC know about it. We used to have an extra "virtual" provider as our reminder until AC fixed that. He was doc Raymond Reminder and had his own schedule and if we wanted to F/U with you in 3 months then you would get an appointment with Dr RR for 3 months down the road and that reminded us to give you a call back that month.
Just make sure all staff have this false provider's password so that any of them that might need to access his patients or data can get to it...

I considered that, but what I want to do is create a user that can send a message too three different users in the same way that EVERYONE sends a message to... everyone. Thus, user PROVIDERS would send a message to just the providers. I heard that someone else made a similar suggestion to send messages to all MA's.
