Is there a way to disable the screen that pops up when signing a chart that asks if a letter should be printed? I don't see this in the Admin options. Thank you!

Probably not. But, then, probably half of the users like it. Hence the preference idea. My programmer tells me that options are not always easy to program.
My gripe about it is if it is (wow lots of prepositions) going to be there, then at least let me grab the Superbill from that window.
