My husband and I are new users to the beta version and are having problems with importing documents. No matter which provider the importer specifies should sign off on the document, it ALWAYS comes to my inbox. In other words, I am getting all the sign offs on both my and his patients, even though the person scanning is choosing his name (not mine) from the drop-down menu.
We are both marked as "Highest" level providers under Admin section.
