Yes, you are being too paranoid. ALL of our radiology reports have a second page that has the name of the radiologist on it. We delete it. I just wouldn't worry about that.
Our lab has been very accommodating with the above. They always put a cover page which says "Lab reports on so and so and so and so, so we don't save them all as just one of the so and sos.
