Well, our story was we had FAP running on all seven machines. We had just opened so we were scanning in all old charts plus the faxes that were coming in. We share our office with another physician's office. So, the PCs were all set at various decible levels. I was oblivious to the ding-dongs, because I was used to them. But, you can imagine how many ding-dongs were going off. It was basically non stop ding dongs. So, the other doctor comes to me and asks if we can stop the ding dongs. I, like you, had no idea where Special Ed had put the option. So, we had to turn off our sound until I could figure it out.
