Ron, I know you didn't. I remember back in the day when I sold vacuum cleaners. YES vacuum cleaners. Ours was the Vorwerk from Germany, and it cost $699.00 plus tax. Our main competitors were the Electrolux and the Kirby (both in the $700 range). We were taught to always say, "That is a nice vacuum -- good choice." Because if you put it down, you put them down. Eric is a big boy. I doubt you hurt his feelings. And, he probably doesn't need me looking out for him.
That said, I think you may want to go up in price to get what you need. Try looking at the ones in this link:

But, you want to make sure it does what you need and that it does PC to Fax and Fax to PC through a phone line. Internet is a bonus but not that useful. You can always do Internet fax using a 3rd party program If you Internet fax FROM your own fax machine, the recipient needs to have a fax macine capable, and in 2008 that would be about 1% of fax machines.
