You can customize what demographics they collect - they will customize aspects of it. It does not generate a form per se - the demographics are typed and very legible - they then basically do a basic PAST medical, surgical, social and family history as well as whatever else you want.
Jon say they are working on an interface, but I have no desire to pay for an interface - I actually prefer the information to be where we can look at it and use it. I wouldn't want the pt input to go directly in the billing info directly since if they put in the wrong group number it would not work right.
I don't think getting paid is a reasonable option - they provide free equipment and software and we get the benefit of a legible pt intake form. I think any technology that keeps your office on the "cutting edge" or makes our lives easier is worth looking at.
