Spot on.
This is why I have been filing, dating and labelling all my incoming reports myself for many years now.
I also sometimes note the substantial delay in receiving reports, or having to request them.
Obviously stupid and a poor use of my time, but I sleep better.
Unfortunately, as you alluded to, I don't think anybody cares.
But at least it will hopefully help me if I have to stand in front of a judge or jury.
I wish you a happy retirement, and look forward to one myself (age 61).
