New to this thread, and haven't posted in a while...
I have to side with Ed. I followed your instructions to a T, and I'm using AC in the cloud... when you click the box for imported items, a bunch of different pdf windows pop up, and only options for Unicode, text, etc are available as file types. There is no way to generate a unified, single PDF document containing both the AC records and all the imported items to my knowledge, other than to ask AC support to generate a folder containing all the Imported ITems for a given pt and send it to me.... I'm curious about Wendell's use of PDFRedirect and how that actually works...
