I've been using AC for ten years but just discovered (thanks to AC Support) an important issue with Imported Items. As more and more documents fill the ImpItems folders it gets slower and slower and slower. But as I just found out you can set ImpItems to display "All" or just "12 Months" or less. With my "worst" patient (over 200 items) changing from "All" to "12 months" speeds access to the folder from a numbingly slow 24 seconds to a tolerable 3 seconds.
