barcafan1990- thanks for the upgrade info, I must have pulled up the starting price and not upgrade.
We were able to restore a backup to an older version and saved all the prior ECGs as pdfs to import to the newest version. Took hours to do it (still a few more to go) but we didn’t lose anything. Now, we wait and see if we can eventually connect our current unit or if we will need a new EKG.
