I don't like having to put the unit. I've been doing 1 package for 6 years of refills on a patient, and the pharm intern just called and said I didn't specify how many. I'm amazed I get at the questions from pharmacists (can a 40mg be achieved by taking two 20mg?) They have a 4 year doctorate in pharm! But maybe we don't give them enough freedom legally!
The visit template saves me a ton of time, mainly on Annual Wellness exams and WCC.

I remember my first script was as a med student. A surgeon handed me a pad and told me to prescribe something. Thought I was on top of the world!
