We had a lot of problems with version 10.2, almost to the point of quitting AC. The problem is, Windows 10 Professional kept advancing, but I believe the code at AC became outdated. My local expert tells me their .Net framework is about 4 generations behind. We started getting a lot of crashes with the Script Writer, almost every time it was opened. The team at AC apparently made code changes for V11, but I've yet to try it.
