Don't blame you. Is 11.0 still in beta? It seems like only a few are beta testing it. Generally, I am happy with 10.0.2; there just always seems to be one feature that is needed. Like the universal template for a note.
11.0 allows changes of preferred pharmacies at the point of prescribing. But, the flow is different. But, soon it won't matter, because in the past you could write:
Amoxicillin 500 mg tablets
1 po bid for 10 days
20
0 refills
Now you must put the unit, i.e. 20 tablets
This will be a SureScripts rule.
