I am pretty damned good with computers. But, I have probably had more people remote in to my computer than the Beatles had groupies to fix the harder stuff (which is most).
I think you would do much better to have someone, not necessarily AC support who remember are not officially monitoring this board, remote in and do this for you, if possible.
I have recommended such a person. I don't think you have contacted him.
