I ultimately made the decision to bail on AC and join an ACO that uses Athena.
Once you get this problem sorted out, I'd be interested in hearing your reaction to using AthenaClinicals EMR, versus AC. I'm being offered the same option, but I'm hesitating on making the leap, since switching EMRs is so painful.
