Sorry to hear that you are leaving. If you are on the local version of Amazing Charts, you can access and download all your data. In the admin options, there is a sections for "Import/Export". In this section, there are buttons to bulk export everything. From the demographics, to encounters, to CCDAs. It will all go to the Amazing Charts directory on your main drive. Usually these will be in CSV format. If you are moving to a new EHR, I would probably recommend using the bulk CCDA export as this will let you not only import demographics into the new system, but meds/problems/allergies as well
Imported items all have their own folder in the Amazing Charts directory (Imported Items). Each patient will have their own folder labeled with the patient ID.
You should be able to access this even without Support. Licenses do not expire with Amazing Charts so you can access the program to view your data at any time. If you were on the could, we would have moved you off and resorted you to a local machine with you data there. Either way, you should have access to it. If you are having issues, please let me know.
