Well, I guess AC could have said they would close the board when there were 4500 users rather than Friday. I just noticed that.
Reason being I was going to say normally a general question would be asked of a few more users than what are here now. But, I am working on that.
Anyway, I suppose I could ask everyone but especially those who use Medware and AC. (kinda goes without saying that they would use AC)
So we use Medware for our billing and scheduling software. We will definitely be keeping it as our billing software for now. I have used Medisoft in the past, and it seems this companies spend months designing the billing and then a week developing the scheduler as an afterthought.
As far as scheduling Medware has its advantages over AC's scheduler -- being a bit more robust -- and AC has its advantages. I was just thinking of using the reminders for contacting patients, but the one AC users would have to be used with AC's scheduler. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas on this because it would be a rather big step.
