Bert -- when the doctors allowed the insurance execs and hospital administrators to control the profession (instead of professional societies) -- and that happened about 1985 with the Clinton "reforms", NOT "Obamacare" -- we lost our way and lost our profession.
I don't have a clue how we can get it back.
