I see it. There are actually two files side by side. One is named "Systemsettings" and it has 0 bytes and was modified yesterday 10/13/2018.
The other is named "Systemsetting.XML.orig" modified 06/06/2018 and has 3.24 kb. This may have been the original that was renamed as some point by tech support. You think I can just switch the names? I'm going to call support tomorrow but bets are they will not be available. Good thing is I can still use my exam room laptops.
