I am really digging the improved keyboard navigation in 3.7.12. This is an area that I think will help EVERYONE when they discover it.

ALT KEYS

Try this for an exercise:

First, hit [Alt+Right Arrow], and watch as your cursor moves from text field to text field in the main screen. Now, [Alt+Left Arrow], moves you back through the previous fields.

Now, hit [Alt+Up Arrow] to enter the Enlarged View. All text in each field is now displayed in full, in a larger type size, in Verdana font for enhanced legibility. cool

Now, hit [Alt+Right Arrow] again, and you will move through each text field, just as you did on the main screen. [Alt+Left Arrow] likewise works just as it does on the main screen. [Alt+Down Arrow] saves all changes made in the Enlarged View and takes you back to the main screen.

CTRL KEYS

[Ctrl-A] now works to "Select All"! [Ctrl-C], [Ctrl-V], [Ctrl-X] all serve their customary functions in every field.

[Ctrl+Z] also works for all fields now! (Undo didn't work in the HPI before now). Jon has said that he will make [Ctrl+Z] undo the [Ctrl+N] function -- let's keep reminding him about that.

[Ctrl+Right and Left Arrow keys] moves you through the text fields word by word. [End] moves you to the end of a line. [Home] moves you to the beginning of a line.

This is big. These changes are going to help people who have been squinting at their screens. They are going to help those of us who physically have a hard time using a mouse for long periods of time.

These changes are also going to make it easier for folks to create voice and keystroke macro commands.

This is a HUGE enhancement to Amazing Charts.
