Its now July and I am running into the same installshield interruption on a new HP Pavilion Laptop . Going to install dotnet 3.5 framework. Is it possible to get a link to the crystal reports installer? Especially if these are the possible solutions? Any advice would be helpful... Currently AC technical support OFFLINE.

Crystal reports separate install fixed. Installer finally finished....
Shouldn't have to be this way...
