The PCMH certification program is changing as of 2017.
Wait until the new guidelines come out because they will be way easier than the old guidelines.
The new guidelines allow you to certify via a join me session with evaluator where you can walk that person through many of the processes that need to be present in order to qualify to be a PCMH, as opposed to the old method where you had to take 800 million screenshots demonstrating the processes.
