Am attempting to start the process of certification. Found out that there is a list of EMRs that are certified for PCMH. If you have one of these EMRs you start off with up to 25 points towards certification. Is AC working on this? Most of the talk on this board is about MACRA, MIP. All the consultants for certification ask the first question: what EMR are you using, when you mention AC there is a pause because apparently getting data from AC is very difficult. Medicaid in the state of FL is requiring offices to be certified otherwise we will not be receiving the increased payments. They have been paying the increased rates since October first this year and the longer we wait to get certified the more money is being lost.
