Set aside the fact that your receptionist is working on her resume while you're paying her, when staff place programs or files on your computers, or download images or other data, that puts your network at risk for viruses and other malware that may corrupt your system. I frequently tell my staff to remove any files or programs that they put on my computers. I allow a screensaver or wallpaper image that I evaluate before they use it.
