Thanks for posting that. I've been thinking about signing up for AC PM, but I won't now. I use EZ Claim, and they really are fantastic. I use AC on our server (so not in the cloud), but EZ Claim is in the cloud. It is difficult setting up printers with EZ Claim, but the customer service is great. Also, the export from AC is pretty clunky. You have to check everything on your claims. The exact ICD10s that you've billed in AC don't show up in EZ Claim, and you have to remove the dots from the ICD10s. Also, modifiers don't export. I use Availity as a clearing house, and I use the free option. This is a bit of a pain because it won't bill New Mexico Medicare. So I have to bill Medicare Part B in New Mexico directly with Medicare. So, it's definitely not perfect. But sounds better than AC's PM! I wish there were an efficient integrated PM with AC, and I wish Updox would were more reliable. Thoughts anyone?
