Avoiding PM Crash:
Bookkeeping>Manage Insurance EOBs.
Don't just hit "Refresh" to see your pending EOBs. After you've been using PM for a while there will be a lot in there and the program will slow/crash.
Go to: Advanced Search. Enter today's date (short cut "T") in both fields. Then "Search"
This will pull up your active EOBs and the program won't crash.
