I have similar issues importing from EPIC when I see hospital patients, in followup in the offic
Here is AC response, whenI asked them to look into the issue
The cause of our issues here where some CCD files are not displayed properly in AC when they are imported from your computer after being exported from Updox.
Charlie explained that exporting a CDD from Updox (in a file labeled ending with ?.xml?) means that it does not include what is called a ?style sheet?
A style sheet is a key that turns the weird code we see on some of these patients like Mr. L into the readable format that we often see after we import it.
Charlie suggested that this method is not the best because it can cause issues like this.
Instead he suggested that the practice request a PDF or HTML document version of the CCD to be sent along with the ?.xml? file and the practice import the PDF or HTML rather than importing the ?.xml? document itself.
Importing this .xml is not very reliable and we suggest requesting a PDF or HTML file from the sender and importing that document instead.
