Since we use Microsoft Office, we can import forms that we've made in Word and then they are editable. We do NOT do this however. We have patients sign these forms on the tablet pc at the reception desk, our receptionist "prints" it to a Microsoft Document Image file and then imports it into the patient chart. This makes what is a Word form a permanent chart form that can't be edited. . . needed for integrity of information. However, we do have a few forms that we really like to use and do use them outside Amazing Charts and then print to MDI and import into Amazing Charts.
