How about being able to create or import our own forms for permission, privacy, or what have you combined with the ability to capture the patient's signature on our tablets??? This way we can do away with some more paper, save it in a "forms" folder in the imported items section of the chart, and be able to print a copy if needed or if the patient requests a copy of their forms (some do sometimes). This would be much better than having the patients sign a hard copy and scanning it in later. Being able to customize these to fit our own states or needs would be best. I could see having a plastic covered hard copy for the patients to read, and then having them sign the tablet once or twice on the proper forms. Any other suggestions??? :idea: :?:
