Since updating several weeks ago, nothing but problems!
1. My partner loses his social history spontaneously on patients, now over 10 times.
2. One of our assistants can not even log on to Amazing Charts.
3. AC ver8.2.2 is amazingly slow and freezes often.
AC response is that its a problem on our end. Never had a problem w/ ver 7
We have the same IT support company/tech that our local hospital utilizes. After spending $500 on him, he feels that problem is definitely AC.
I guess at this point, anyone who hasn't upgraded to 8 should wait.
Perhaps AC is "waiting to get bought out" by a bigger company or just doesn't have the resources to support their software/development.
I'm not sure. I wanted to avoid going to Epic or one of the other dominant EMRs but looks like that it's just a matter of time.
