Dear AC -
I would like to request the ability to have an archiving option for AC for imported items past 7 years. As you can imagine after adding PDFs, Documents, Images and other attachments to the chart the Imported Items folder has grown past 10GB. Since we try to do full backups w/ imported items it makes it harder and harder to backup with the imported items selected. Since there is only a 7 year requirement for keeping patient charts, could we have a imported items cleaner in Amazing Utilites or Admin options to run ad-hoc that cleans these up if desired. Not sure if it would be best to archive them to a zip file that can be kept outside of backups process or just plain delete it. (maybe an option could exist for either).
