8.0.2 adds a number of good features, including fixing the spell checker.
That said, doing 2 updates in 2 months can be a bit of a bear.
Might be worth playing with in a sandbox, and if you feel the new features are worth an upgrade, go for it. For ICD10 and long term issues, you are OK in waiting until 8.2. If 7.1.3 has been working well, and you don't feel the new features are worth it, don't jump.
I am on 8.0.2, but I am have been working with betas for a low time. It's very stable, but you will need to go to 8.2 in the long run.
