Lynn, look at the search video I referenced. It showed how to show all the visits a particular patient had in the time frame. I believe it was by clicking the show all query results, but I only skimmed it to make sure that it was relevant.
Wendell is correct. Once the query runs, click "Show all Query Results" to get the date of service to appear.
