I just checked with SouthWest Airlines and you can purchase a RT ticket from Albuquerque to Tulsa for under $400.
You can purchase nice lodging in Branson for under $100 per night. The conference registration is only $100 and you receive 12 hours Cat. I CME along with continental breakfasts and a great buffet. All of this should be deductible.
