I don't see a lot of kids, but I have made a few templates based on the Bright Futures developmental Milestones. It puts them in there with a plus sign next to them. I just go down the list and ask the questions (ex. can you kid stack 6 blocks etc) and if no then I change it to a - sign. If you'd like them let me know. They probably aren't nearly as robust as you'd like but it might be a good place to start.
By the way, I wonder when the milestones will come to reflect the use of tablets and phones instead of stacking blocks.
