We have spotty shortages here in Central Florida also. I was told by a local pharmacist that the reformulation of the hydrocodone-acetaminophen combinations has caused supply constraints. Also DEA or state authorities are auditing the top dispensing pharmacies here (the home of the "pill-mill") for scheduled drugs. So the "shortages" may be a way for pharmacies to keep off the feds radar.
