With the free Doximity scribe it is a cut and paste job. And I agree with you, but the note it generates is organized by section so HPI, ROS, PMH, FH, SH, (it does not do meds), Exam, impression and plan, about 7 cuts, 8 pastes. You just open it on the same computer as AC and chop it into place. Now, I have not actually done it yet, and this is NOT AND ADVERTISMENT.... I type my notes now which helps me organize my thoughts, but my colleague that uses it is a go go go bill fast and retire early kind of guy and he really likes it. He actually does the whole note and pastes it himself, but I guess an MA could do the cut and paste part, but you still MUST proofread it and sign. Just an interesting time of evolution. Ooh, look at that asteroid in the sky.....
